SUMMARY

Mr. Oudi is a Global MBA Graduate with significant project management experience, and holds multiple IT Best Practice & Quality Management Certifications.  He has 15 years of professional experience, including the last 10 years in IT Service Management consulting, project management, and new business development.  His first 5 years of IT experience was in software development and project implementation.   He holds a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Georgia, and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Global Strategy from the Georgia Tech. University.  He has exceptionally high creativity, problem solving abilities, and communication skills. He is seeking to incorporate advanced Global Strategy knowledge into a software consulting role focused on the Non-Profit domain.

Technology Strategy & Architecture

  • Sudesh has spent over 5 years with Service Desk software design and associated Service Delivery designing, implementing, and integrating enterprise support and service solutions into call center environments.
  • At Peregrine (Now HP) he was responsible for the provisioning of all 12 ITIL process related Services for Service Support and Service Delivery. This included development of operational processes and procedures and transition of services thru software development.
  • Sudesh managed consulting services related to the Enterprise Support and Services environment which included a focus on Enterprise Process and Governance Initiatives. Working closely with 70 partners and 50+ Sales engagements Sudesh has been exposed to most major technology layers and related services and solutions throughout his career.

Support &  Service Management

  • Sudesh has in addition to the Service Management related operational role, been directly involved in 20+ IT operational environments. This includes designing several System and Organizational Management Frameworks. He is a methodology practitioner and IT best proactive subject matter expert.
  • He has worked with dozens of teams IT professionals to attain the customer’s business objectives by enhancing Organizational processes, project planning methods, and IT strategies.
  • Typical deliverables on these projects included process, technical, and organizational assessments, with detailed work flows, roles and responsibilities descriptions, work procedures, and project plans. Clients have included local and federal government, schools, and corporations in energy trading, legal, manufacturing, communications and data processing, product distribution, foods, health care, and national retailing.

Product Management & Business Development

  • Sudesh has developed and managed a number of consulting practices for TechniSource, Ajalon and CompuWare in the IT Service Management space. He has generated 20 million + revenue and built practices based on Industry and Business trends and worked closely with business partner relationships.
  • He has been successful in leading new engagements that range from Business Service Management to TCO, BIA, ITIL and IS valuation for a large number of customers nationally.
  • His experience from outsourcing of various complex IT infrastructures has resulted in strong problem solving and solution design abilities which in turn augments his business related assessments. Sudesh has worked closely at all levels within a client’s organization, At an executive level to develop strategies, high level solutions, managing large scale projects and organizations and at a technical level developing processes, procedures and in-depth solutions.

Project\ Program Management &  Software implementation

  • Sudesh has been a project manager with full P/L and customer satisfaction responsibilities. He has a strong background in project management disciplines, particularly time, scope, and resource management. His projects required a keen sense of task dependencies and focus on completion criteria.
  • Some project highlights are: Sudesh has managed over 17 individual software implementation and/or organizational consulting projects. The net result has been simple: target revenues exceeded, client satisfaction secured, and a customer-expressed desire to retain continued services as demonstrated in multiple follow-on projects. He has worked directly with customer staff and management to customize and deliver solutions in accordance with formal methodologies as well as in less-defined, interactive approaches.  In addition, Sudesh managed and delivered at the executive level detailed strategic assessments – including analyses of operations, systems, organizational structure, financials, and business processes.
